Small Group Training

Join a group and get the benefit of trainer attention without the expense. Small group training is a great way to have fun while working out! Groups will have 2-4 people and will meet weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions will include strength training, cardio training, and core training. Accommodations will be made to work around injuries. The Better In Motion Program
An ideal combination of Fitness and Movement
A strong body won't get you anywhere if you do not move well. The Better In Motion Program combines fitness training with mobility work (using The Feldenkrais Method). Based on your needs and goals, I will design a program for you that will incorporate strength days, cardio days, and mobility days to give you an ideal balance of movement.
