Zoom Group Fitness

Improve your strength and stamina in this fun yet challenging fitness class. Classes will consist of total body strength exercises as well as cardio bursts.  Modifications will be provided for participants who are working around injuries or movement challenges. Each class comes with a recording so that you can repeat it later in the week if you'd like to practice or get a second workout in!

Feldenkrais

Awareness Through Movement

Feldenkrais classes are known as Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons. Similar to Tai Chi or gentle yoga, ATM lessons use slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. During these lessons, you are given the opportunity to learn more about how you move by breaking down larger movements to smaller parts. Paying attention to these small pieces of the movement will increase your sensitivity and skill, giving you more grace, control, and power as you move through life!

Feldenkrais classes are known as Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons. Zoom Classes are given as a 4-6 week Series. The current series, Power Your Walk, will focus on improving your ease of movement, posture, and balance as you walk or run! You can take the series by atttending 1-2 classes each week.

Small Group Training

Enjoy the benefit of working closely with a coach, while getting the fun and comaraderie of a group! Small Groups of 3-5 people will meet 1-2 times each week. Sessions will be focused on safe techniques while strengthening the whole body, as well as cardio exercises to get the heart pumping! Friday's class (Small Group Specialized) will be more focused on form and modifications- perfect for people that are new to strength training or who are working around injuries. Join a current group or start your own on a day and time that works best for you!
