Small Group Training
Small Group Training is an affordable, supervised and guided movement session. The group size is limited, allowing for you to receive proper attention regarding your form and to incorporate any needed modifications. I offer small groups in: Strength Training; Interval Training; and Mobility Training.

Individual Training
A one-to-one private training program is available for those who want more personal guidance. Personal Training Programs are tailored to fit your individual mobility needs and fitness goals. Your program will consist of guided strength and cardio sessions, as well as mobility work. I will track your progress in order to help you achieve your personal goals. These sessions are also available virtually.
