A one-to-one private training program is tailored to fit your individual mobility needs and fitness goals. Sessions may include both fitness training as well as Feldenkrais lessons. All fitness sessions include: a proper warm-up; strength and core training; balance exercises; and cardiovascular training. As you progress, your individualized program will be altered and adapted to accommodate new challenges and goals. Mobility (Feldenkrais) sessions will include verbally guided movement sequences and awareness training to help you shed excess tension and move in a more fluid way. The mobility sessions will improve your posture, balance, and awareness to make your fitness sessions feel better and more productive! Sessions are available at the Better In Motion Gym in Wheat Ridge, CO or online via Zoom.
