Struggling with stairs? Whether you experience pain, difficulty, or want to prevent future issues, this workshop will teach you techniques to move up stairs with greater ease and power. You’ll learn proper mechanics, strengthening exercises, and strategies to reduce strain on your joints. Ideal for anyone looking to improve mobility, regain confidence, and move without hesitation—plus, a great opportunity for athletes to build explosive strength and efficiency. Take control of your movement and step up with confidence! For the online workshop, you’ll need access to a stair or step. Ideally, set up at the bottom of a staircase if possible. If that’s not available, a sturdy book or pad will work. Place your book or pad near a wall or chair for support. For optimal viewing of your form, it's helpful to position your screen on a table or chair beside or behind you. This way, I can better guide and assist you throughout the session.
