My Personal Training Series will give you a complete fitness and mobility program tailored to fit your individual goals. You will meet in-person or online once or twice a week over a 6 week period. You will be given the option of having a structured routine to follow on the off days, including cardio and mobility work. Training sessions will include both fitness and mobility training and depending on where you are starting, there will be an emphasis to one or the other. All fitness sessions include: a proper warm-up; strength and core training; balance exercises; and cardiovascular training. As you progress, your individualized program will be altered and adapted to accommodate new challenges and goals. Mobility (Feldenkrais) sessions will include verbally guided movement sequences and awareness training to help you shed excess tension and move in a more fluid way. The mobility sessions will improve your posture, balance, and awareness to make your fitness sessions feel better and more productive! Sessions are available at the Better In Motion Gym in Wheat Ridge, CO or online via Zoom if needed. Spaces for Personal Training are limited!
