3-Month Fitness Planning Group
Service Description
Join this small online group to create a realistic and personalized plan to support your fitness goals. Having a clear plan helps you stay consistent and on track—and sometimes, small adjustments make all the difference when progress stalls or life gets busy. Over the course of three months, we’ll meet once a month to learn, plan, and refine your movement routine. In our first session, we’ll discuss the current recommendations for strength training and cardiovascular exercise. From there, you’ll design an individualized plan that fits your lifestyle—whether that includes independent workouts or classes you already enjoy. Each month, we’ll reconvene to review your progress, make adjustments, and help you stay motivated and on track. Commitment: 3 months Meeting Dates: Saturdays, November 15, December 13, and January 10 (note meetings will be recorded if you cannot join live) Time: 9:00–10:15 a.m. (MT) Location: Online Price: $90 for 3 month plan and 3 online meetups
