Small Group Feldenkrais

This intimate Feldenkrais Group will give you a more in-depth understanding of your habitual movement patterns and how to change them. Your group will meet weekly for 4 weeks. Each week you will experience a new Feldenkrais lesson and movement pattern. As you go through the movements you will be able to ask questions and clarify positions. There will be a discussion on the biomechanics of the movements as well as on the main Feldenkrais principle that is used during the lesson. You will be given a lesson recording after the class to help reinforce your learning. This is a unique experience that can make profound changes in your understanding of your self and how you move! Session I: Thursdays at 9:30am MT: October 13th, 20th, 27th, and November 3rd Session I: Wednesdays at 9am MT: November 9th, 16th, 30th and December 7th Session II (Must complete Session I first): Day and time TBD
