Service Description

Enjoy working out with friends with a little extra attention from a coach! Each class will focus on strength and core exercises. You will learn the proper form for each exercise. Additionally, you will develop an awareness of the many movements involved as you undertake each exercise. Depending on the group, we will finish off with 10 minutes of mobility or interval training. Guidance will be provided for what to do on your off days, including help with additional workouts, cardio, or nutritional needs.
