Movement Academy

In 2026, Movement Academy is moving to a whole new level. This program puts the way you move as a priority. You’ll be guided each month with skills to practice, mobility sequences to prepare you for workouts, and strategies to help you get stronger safely and sustainably. Introducing the upgraded Movement Academy: MA2026.

MA2026

Building Movement Skills For Life

We all want to train safely, stay injury-free, and build strength that lasts—but most people don’t have a simple routine to support their bodies. Warm-ups feel random, mobility gets skipped, and old patterns lead to stiffness, aches, and plateaus.

Movement Academy gives you consistent, easy-to-follow mobility and awareness practices each month, so your body can learn, recover, and lift with longevity. Moving well means lifting more efficiently, with better form and less risk of injury.

Even if you’re not lifting yet, these sessions help you build a strong foundation, making strength training feel natural and accessible. Each month’s theme guides you to feel more prepared, connected, and capable—whether you’re new to movement or supporting your long-term practice.

Prep to Lift

(5–10 minutes)
Short, guided sessions that prepare specific areas of your body for movement—hips, shoulders, spine, and more. Think of this as your “get-ready-to-move” practice, perfect for before workouts or anytime you need a quick tune-up.

Active Recovery

A guided session for your off days, helping you reset, recover, and stay productive in your movement practice. These lessons complement the Prep to Lift and Skills Lab work so your body can rest while still improving.

Skills Lab

A deeper dive into the month’s theme to help you improve a particular movement skill. One month might focus on squats, another on overhead lifts, or enhancing overall spinal mobility. These lessons build gradually so each month you’re developing more awareness, strength, and confidence in your body.
