Join us for the Movement Academy Monthly Meetup—a chance to connect, learn, and practice together in real time. Each month we focus on a specific theme from the Academy, with guidance, tips, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. These meetups are designed to help you apply awareness, mobility, and movement skills to your workouts and daily life.
