Discover a different approach to mobility, posture, and movement through this ongoing Feldenkrais series designed to help you move with greater ease, coordination, and strength. Using gentle, guided lessons, we’ll explore how to retrain inefficient movement and posture patterns by breaking larger movements into smaller, more learnable pieces. These sessions pair beautifully with strength training because they help you build awareness, improve movement quality, and create a stronger foundation for exercise and daily life. Rather than repeating movements mindlessly, you’ll learn how to move more efficiently and with greater control and power. The series also offers an opportunity for restorative recovery training, helping your nervous system reset while supporting muscle recovery. This is an 8 class series. You can book each class individually or purchase a reduced price package.
