Service Description

The Shoulder Project Part 1 – 5-Week Series The shoulders are complex and highly mobile joints that rely on coordination with the upper back, ribs, and clavicle to function well. In my strength groups, I’ve noticed that shoulder challenges are incredibly common and often limit what people feel capable of doing with their upper body. Sometimes this comes from a past injury, but just as often it’s the result of posture habits and accumulated tension that restrict movement and create discomfort. In this series, we’ll focus on rebuilding shoulder capacity through gentle, mindful mobility work, improved posture, and increased awareness. Using elements of the Feldenkrais approach, we’ll explore how the shoulders are designed to move, helping you find more ease, range of motion, and support. I’ll incorporate simple anatomy visuals so you can better understand how your body is meant to function, and each class will include practical ideas you can take with you to continue your progress throughout the week. This is the first of two 5-class series in The Shoulder Project. Details: • 5 Tuesdays • Online: 11:00 AM MT — $75 • In Person: 12:30 PM — $100
