A unique fitness experience in the Applewood Villages Neighborhood

ABOUT: 

Small Group Training (SGT) provides an intimate, supervised, and guided movement session.  It's designed for individuals who prefer a more personal approach to fitness and are more comfortable in smaller groups as opposed to larger gyms. You'll receive directed attention to ensure proper form and technique, making it ideal for both beginners and seasoned exercisers looking to refine their skills safely and effectively. My goal is to strike a balance between challenging your strength and conditioning without risking injuries, and to provide a local community environment where you can connect with others who share your fitness goals.

Upcoming 4-Week Sessions:

***NEW***Open Gym:

​Open Gym is a free service for those enrolled in Small Group Training, offering a flexible opportunity to get an extra workout or make up a missed class. Held once a month on the weekend, this 90-minute session allows you to come and go as you please. A workout will be provided on the board, and I will be available to assist and answer any questions.

SGT PAYMENT:

âž”$24/session

​

Holiday Week Drop-Ins: During Holiday Weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.) or any weeks between sessions that don’t have a normal schedule, I will offer drop-in sessions charged at $20/Group.


âž”Sliding Scale Options Available: I set my prices to ensure the sustainability of my small business and to reflect my experience and training in the field. I strive to provide the best support in improving people's form and overall health, and I believe I offer unique expertise in movement analysis.  However, I have a few positions available for those who need sliding scale payment options.  Contact me for details.

REGISTRATION:

To register for Small Group Training Sessions, please select one of the following options:

  2. Download the Fit by Wix App for a One-Click Sign up.  Contact me for the download instructions.

  

CANCELLATIONS:

Whenever possible, please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice if you will not be attending class. If you need to miss a group session, you can make up the class by attending another group within the 4-week cycle. In the event that I need to cancel a Small Group Session (due to illness, etc.), your session will be rescheduled or added as a bonus class during the next session series.
