When was the last time you thought about how you move? Movement goes beyond exercise—it’s how we navigate everyday life, from walking and sitting to bending and reaching. Unfortunately, these basic movements often become uncomfortable or challenging as we age—and for some, these issues start earlier than expected. Despite their importance, we rarely focus on improving how we move.
Mastering foundational movements is key to doing what we love—whether that’s enjoying hobbies, performing well in sports, or simply living more comfortably and pain-free.
That’s where Movement Academy comes in. This structured program is designed to help you move better, feel better, and take control of how you live.
How It Works
Movement Academy is organized into quarterly themes, each focusing on specific areas of mobility and strength. Each quarter includes 8 weekly classes to help you progressively build skills and learn strategies you can use in daily life.
Here’s the breakdown:
Winter Quarter (Q1): We'll begin with 8 essential mobility lessons—my favorites—that I recommend practicing regularly. These lessons are designed to boost flexibility, coordination, and comfort.
Future quarters will cover topics like walking with ease, building strength for daily life, and other key lessons to improve mobility and balance.
