A personalized fitness experience in the Applewood Villages Neighborhood
ABOUT:
I provide 6-week training programs for individuals that are looking for more personal guidance. You may have a specific goal or target you are wanting to reach; Or you may be returning from an injury and wanting more precise direction. During these 6 weeks, we meet twice a week in person (or online) for 50 minute sessions. On the other days, you will be given a program to follow. This program will consist of mobility work, cardio training and/or nutritional guidance depending on your needs.

PAYMENT:
Full 6-week Program $1095 (This covers individual sessions, gait and posture analysis, off-day program/reminders/check-ins) + $14 investment to access recordings
Split- Payment:
Due at Session 1 $595
Due at Session 5 $500
