
Individual Training
A personalized fitness experience in the Applewood Villages Neighborhood
ABOUT:
I provide 6-week training programs for individuals that are looking for more personal guidance. You may have a specific goal or target you are wanting to reach; Or you may be returning from an injury and wanting more precise direction. During these 6 weeks, we meet once or twice a week in person (or online) for 50 minute sessions. On the other days, you will be given a program to follow. This program will consist of strength training, cardio training, mobility work and/or nutritional guidance depending on your needs.
