Service Description

Enjoy working out with friends with a little extra attention from a coach! Each class will focus on 4-6 strength and core exercises. You will learn the proper form for each exercise. Additionally, you will develop an awareness of the many movements involved as you undertake each exercise. Homework will be provided to reinforce what you’ve learned and to give you a second workout to complete on your own. (You are always welcome to join a 2nd group for your homework!) Guidance will be provided for cardio work and nutrition as needed.
